Hi, I'm Huu and I’ve built my career in helping clients and organizations make better decisions. I’m a master at collaborating with executives to discover core problems, working with technologists to find solutions, and leading an awesome team to both tell a compelling story and provide automated solutions to monitor and ensure success. I recently graduated from Fullstack Academy of Code’s software engineering immersive program to enhance my technical skills. It was a great experience and helped me realize how data, analytics, and software development needs to work hand-in-hand.

Experience
Executive Director
My role at Morgan Stanley was to establish and drive strategic analytics within the de novo Private Bank Group (PBG) for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. As Head of PBG’s Business Analytic and Sales Reporting teams, I am responsible for working with our product partners, IT, sales, and firm management to facilitate strategic Private Bank deposit and lending growth through data driven analysis. The group supports new strategy planning/execution, campaign targeting, independent efficacy reporting to management, predictive analytics development, and regulatory inquiry support.
San Francisco Office Manager
My role at Argus was to provide analytical and management consulting support to a major credit card network, to support benchmarking studies with west coast issuers, and to help establish Argus’s San Francisco office.
Consultant Analyst
My role at PA Consulting was to support the growth of a newly formed retail banking-focused group in North America through the sales and execution of consulting projects related to risk management and analytics.
Senior Analyst
My role at Argus was to provide strategic analysis and recommendations to credit card issuers relating to their customer acquisitions and underwriting, repricing, credit line management, multi-relationship customer management, and account management activity.

Apart from my interest in software development and analytics, I enjoy traveling throughout this wonderful world of ours. I've been to over 25 countries and enjoy embracing the food and culture of each of them.
Recently, I did an Iceland trip where I had the opportunity to snowmobile on a glacier!
